Aeration
Removes cores or plugs of turf to reduce soil compaction which improves water, air, and nutrient penetration.
Power Raking
Reduces excessive organic matter which helps to improve water, air, and nutrient penetration.
Mow & Vacuum
Provide initial cut of the lawn on a low setting and collect clippings and debris generated from power raking.
Fertilizing
Provides essential nutrients for healthy lawns. We typically use a slow release formulation such as 24-5-11 with 70% XRT plus micro nutrients.
Lawn Edging
Gives your lawn a crisp look by cutting turf along concrete driveways and sidewalks.
Verticutting
A series of vertically spaced rotating blades cuts through the turf and creates shallow grooves in the soil. This is done to improve seed-to-soil contact when overseeding.
Overseeding
Distributes a grass seed blend throughout existing turf. This will fill in bare and thin spots for a thicker, healthier lawn. Typically done in conjunction with verticutting.
Topdressing
Spreads a thin layer of compost, topsoil, and peat moss. This helps to boost micro-life and organic material in the soil and protects the seed in an overseeded lawn.
Turf Rolling
Helps to flatten bumpy turf. For overseeded lawns, turf rolling helps to improve seed-to-soil contact.
